Cancellation Policy

We aim to keep the cancellation process clear and fair while ensuring smooth order handling. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation:

  • Always mention your order number in the request

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or any channel other than our official support contacts will not be accepted.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the process outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. Return approval depends on policy conditions and verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated COD cancellations may result in restriction or removal of the COD option for future orders.

Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • A full refund is processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 1–2 working days

  • The amount usually reflects in 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details

  • Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious

In such cases, customers are informed and a full refund is issued if payment was already received.
